Bronson and Lucy

Dear Freddie Street Gang

Hi, it's your friends from Australia, Bronson and Lucy.

The humans have brought a new puppy, so we ask, what was the matter with the dog that already lives here? This new one is a yappy little terrier and they called her sophie. PLEEASE help us, we want to be friends but she gets so excited it's scary.

Sass replies...

Hi Bronson and Lucy

Sounds like your new puppy is very excitable. There are two things you can do. Hide out of reach until she's older and more sensible, or take the puppy by the tail and start her training now!

Suprisingly, puppies can be a lot of fun when you get used to the noise and the constant running around. You will get used to her but you'll have to show her who's boss. Puppies love to play so you can have great fun when you're in the mood for a game.

Puppies are great for taking the blame too. If you've accidentaly raided the plate of food on the table and left a mess on the floor, she's bound to come and see what you're doing. When the humans arrive they'll find a guilty puppy and you will, of course, be curled up innocently on the sofa!

Dogs are really nice to curl up with too. Very warm on cold winter nights.

Sass
